grrrrr!

snapping necks and breaking balls, 150x100 cm

This is one of the paintings that are now hanging in a shop in a small town nearby my house. The owner is an older man who fell in love with my paintings as I had my open studio a few weeks ago. He sells jewelery and pairs of glasses in a very nice place. I ask him if he thought my paintings would fit and not scare his customers away, but he said that he wants something different for a change and that my work is perfect for that ;-) so 6 of paintings are gone for 2 months, including my tigers.
I wish you all a good weekend. I'll start mine as Little Red Riding Hood at my sister's birthday-theme-party...

  3. Hi, C. I like all your paintings, they all have something that catches me. movement, good color palette, good drawing, I see it as an expression of young, modern, an expression of the current moment in society, not of an earlier time, your painting "is" today,
a summary of the human relationship. in which there is love, aggression, two or more personalities that all have today (in masks), and why not, with a dash of fun.
I think you could write in the title of this post: grrrr, I love you.

very intelligent decision of your neighbor the jeweler.
    good weekend for you! :))
